Payment due as designated on invoice and statement. Otherwise, goods will be shipped on a cash basis. Minimum shipped order is $10.00. ALL international orders MUST be pre-approved before shipping.
To eliminate costly C.O.D. fees, we encourage the use of the following credit cards when ordering by phone: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will not use C.O.D. unless a pre-established account has been approved with Fisheries Supply.
We accept credit cards for telephone, fax, Internet and mail orders, but for those orders requiring shipping to customers, the credit card holder's billing address must be the same as the shipping address. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and most all major credit cards for all purchases.
No international credit card sales will be accepted.
The dollar value that you load onto your Fisheries Card is a prepayment only for merchandise from Fisheries Supply Company. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a Fisheries Card. Unless the remaining amount on your gift card is less than $5.00, the amount on your Fisheries Card is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. Unless otherwise required by law, Fisheries Cards are not refundable if lost, stolen or destroyed. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Fisheries Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Fisheries Supply Company. Fisheries Supply Company reserves the right to deactivate or reject any Fisheries Card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, unless prohibited by law. Use of your Fisheries Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
