An ablative antifouling bottom coating especially formulated for inflatables and dinghies.
MDR's 787 Bottom Coating is a flexible vinyl, water-based antifouling coating containing cuprous oxide for protection against barnacles and other marine growth in fresh and mid-temperature range saltwater.
• It can be used on most inflatable materials including Hypalon, PVC and rubber, as well as on fiberglass or wood dinghies
• Cuprous oxide (Cu₂O) biocide: 26.4% concentration
• Easy to apply by brush or roller. Easy clean-up with water
• No limit on time out of water if the dinghy is hauled
• Inflatables can be deflated and loosely rolled without cracking the coating
• Theoretical coverage: one quart will provide two coats of protection for the average eight to ten foot inflatable – approximately 140 sq ft
• Apply 2 coats; 4 hours between coats at 70°F; wait 24 hours before launching
• Do not use below 50°F
